Song Drabbles [Challenge]
Oct. 9th, 2015 10:58 pmRatings: G - R
Warnings: Mentions of blood, drugs and underage drinking
Notes: So the challenge was "Put your iTunes on shuffle and write a drabble (100 words) inspired by the song that plays. Try and finish it before the song has ended." So I got really random songs and some are connected to the drabble by mood rather than content. And I did five, because Sexy Zone are and will always be five.
They are also a bit weird because I wrote each in like four minutes and took the first boy that came to mind.
Shori – Nocturnal Romance (Moi dix Mois)
When Shori wakes up, he lingers. He knows what he has to do, the knowledge heavy on his shoulders, and that's one of the reasons he fell into bed fully clothed last night. He blinks his eyes open slowly in the dim light hooded by heavy silken curtains and dark mahogany walls, and the first thing he sees is the airy sleeve covering his arm that's not just white anymore. It's not morning yet; the light falling onto his bloodstained carpet is still calmingly blue, but it doesn't matter. It has to be done before they return no matter what.
Fuma – Sound the Alarm (Adept)
Fuma stares out over the city with his jaw clenched, seeing nothing romantic in the setting sun which gives the houses a warm glow. There's something beautiful, definitely, but it's industrial and raw and nothing like fucking romance. He tosses a shiny blue pearl with all his might in another direction than the last one. All he has left to do is break this damn bracelet apart and make sure he never sees it again. He'll never have anything to do with that fucking ignorant slut again. He's not like that at all. He's not taking any easy ways out.
Marius – Inori (Kis-My-Ft2)
Sometimes, Marius can't help it. Listening to those German songs he knows he should stay away from. Those that makes his heart ache with longing so bad he can barely breathe as images of that certain person plays before his eyes like an old movie. It's been so long since they met, and he's not sure what they look like anymore, if they're a completely different person. If they still remember him. And he can't help but wonder how one person could make such an impact that he still hurts over it, years that feel like an entire lifetime later.
Kento – Dr. Feelgood (Mötley Crüe)
Kento knows he shouldn't, of course he does. He's not stupid. But he needs it. Needs to feel all good and no bad, no pressure or stress, at least once in a while. He laughs at his friends' jokes so much his cheeks are hurting from it, his head is spinning with alcohol and he's got a soft body next to him in the couch that seems anything but unwilling, and it's so good to just let go of everything. And when he's already in this state, when someone places white lines before him on the table, he doesn't hesitate.
Sou – Party Rock Anthem (LMFAO)
He's not that young. He's seventeen now, and still he's always bunched together with the kids. It's not like Marius is a kid either, and sometimes they talk about how people always seem to consider them forever twelve. Marius is already past his first girlfriend, and Sou hasn't had one but isn't too interested either. Which doesn't mean he's innocent; he's not. He glances across the dark living room at the girl in the burgundy dress who keeps looking at him, and he really doesn't feel like a kid anymore. Especially not when his friend finally returns with their shots.
